Καραμπίνερ Απλό Fixe Climbing Puput Wire Carabiner Grey

The Puput Wire is the lightest and most agile version of the Puput family. Designed to deliver smooth and direct clipping, it combines the characteristic Puput geometry with the advantages of a wire gate: clean, reliable operation with no cavities where dirt, mud or ice can accumulate. Available in grey and green, it maintains the familiar handling comfort while reducing weight without compromising control.

Intended for intensive use in sport climbing, multi-pitch routes and activities where lightness and fluidity make a difference.

The name Puput refers to the Catalan bird “Upupa epops”, whose distinctive beak inspired the shape of our carabiner.

Clipping is lighter and smoother than ever

Lightness and smoothness: Its wire gate reduces inertia and provides more dynamic handling.
The gate’s lower mass reduces the risk of accidental gate opening due to vibration or impact, offering direct and agile clipping in all situations.

Conical nose: Its pointed conical nose makes insertion into hangers, pitons or other connection points easier.
The softened geometry reduces snagging and enables intuitive unclipping.

Clean construction: The Puput Wire’s nose has no cavities where dirt, mud or ice can accumulate, ensuring reliable performance even in cold or humid environments.

Versatile size: Its proportions maintain the great handling characteristic of the Puput family. With 100 mm height, 64 mm width and a 29 mm gate opening, it preserves the original ergonomic design while weighing only 41 grams.
