Temperature values
For our Expedition bags, we don't give Comfort, Limit or Extreme limits, as the ISO 23537 test excludes the testing of "extreme climate zone expedition" sleeping bags, or bags which have a measured limit temperature colder than -24 °C.

How warm is warm enough? For initial orientation when buying a sleeping bag, the temperature specifications according to the European standard (EN) are used. In addition, we list another value for each sleeping bag, the Good Night's Sleep (GNS) temperature. If you notice after the purchase that the sleeping bag is not as warm as expected or needed, you can exchange it within 30 days at your retailer (upon presentation of the purchase receipt) for a warmer model from Mountain Equipment. Down 800
Down 800 is our highest quality down from Western Russia. It comes from geese, contains at least 90% down, has a fill power of at least 800 cuin and is DOWN CODEX® certified.

The DOWN CODEX® is more than a collection of rules - it is a promise that the down in all our products is obtained in compliance with the strictest animal welfare guidelines.
The supply chains are 100% transparent and the quality of the down batches can be viewed and tracked online.

Drilite
DRILITE® is a monolythic PU membrane that is completely waterproof and breathable. Depending on the intended use, it is used as a 2.5- or 3-layer membrane.
