Περιγραφή

Art.314 – Stainless Steel Belay Station – 2 SUPERSTAR O10x80 (art.160) + 1 Chain (art.175) + 1 Ring (art.177) + 1 RING SAFETY 13 Carabiner (ART.534).

NEW CLASSIC BELAY STATION - FIXED, RESISTANT AND SAFE.

New stainless steel AISI 316L (2013) belay station composed of two SUPERSTAR O10x80mm resin anchors (art.160), one chain (art.175), and a new “RING SAFETY 13” fixed ‘safety’ carabiner (art. 534).

This carabiner is equipped with a quick and easy-to-operate screwgate. The body of the carabiner is moulded from stainless steel.

The thickness varies but on point of contact with the rope is 12mm, allowing for excellent tensile strength and durability.

Once the rope has been inserted and the gate has been closed, it is impossible for the rope to slip out accidentally.

The abseil ring is created in 10mm thick stainless steel and is welded inside another ring, causing it to hang perpendicular to the rock; this makes it an extremely versatile and multidirectional belay station.

This is particularly useful for rope retrieval as it can be weight-loaded on either side without catching on the rock.

Consequently this anchor is suitable for all disciplines (climbing, mountaineering and canyoning). To be placed using epoxy resin.

Like all our stances, this belay station allows the upper anchor to be placed left or right of the lower anchor, doubling the placement possibilities.

For placement using epoxy resin, please see the instructions on art. 160, SUPERSTAR O10x80mm. (Method “A").

Classic stainless steel belay station used on many rock and climbing routes.

ATTENTION:
-The classic “SUPERSTAR O10x80” anchors can be substituted with larger and longer anchors such as the “MASTERFIX” (art.151 - 125 - 525) or equivalent, on request.
This can be very useful when the rock is very soft or loose.
-However this naturally incurs an additional cost

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-From 2013 the material used in the majority of our anchors is now stainless steel AISI 316L, which offers a higher resistance to marine corrosion than the former AISI 304.
-To highlight this change each article is stamped with the relevant symbols.
