Stainless steel anchor, similar to art. 220 in appearance and technical specifications.

However this anchor system uses the new "RING SAFETY” (art.534) carabiner, which is equipped with a security screwgate which prevents accidental opening.

The gate can be opened quickly and easily as the thread is located on the lower part whilst the upper part uses a push closure system.

This is a “closed” carabiner, equipped with a fixed bar to prevent the carabiner from twisting (without the need for additional equipment).

The carabiner is 12mm in diameter at the point of contact with the rope which provides increased durability.

However for complete security it is recommended to use this anchor as part of a pair.

Widely used on indoor climbing walls as a top-roping lower-off.

From 2013 this article is produced using stainless steel AISI 316L.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-From 2013 the material used in the majority of our anchors is now stainless steel AISI 316L, which offers a higher resistance to marine corrosion than the former AISI 304.
-To highlight this change each article is stamped with the relevant symbols.

Attention:
-There is also a “Marina” version of this anchor which is highly resistant to saline corrosion.
-To mark the difference between stainless steel AISI 316L and the marina version of the same material, all marine-suitable anchors have been marked with a fish symbol and the initials “INOX".
